DAPA revises Provision for Flight Safety Certification of Military Aircraft

With the purpose of improving the shortcomings in the regulations of the current flight safety certification of military aircraft to improve the efficiency in operations, the provision for certification has been revised and will be enacted on October 1. The revision allows the establishment of an airworthiness certification team prior to contracts to support airworthiness operations, revises the review process of airworthiness certification criteria, establishes an airworthiness certification process for exported aircraft, and provides methods to secure capable talent in the area to cultivate expertise in airworthiness certification operations.
